New Shopping Center Proposed for Green Tree Blvd and Hesperia Road in Victorville

According to The Victorville Daily Press on January 09th, 2024, the Victorville Planning Commission will review a proposal on January 10th, 2024, for a new multi-tenant shopping center at the southeast corner of Green Tree Boulevard and Hesperia Road. The proposed 37,930 sq. ft. commercial development, by Steeno Design Studio Inc., includes a 27,000 sq. ft. building for one major and eight smaller tenants, a 9,434 sq. ft. fuel station with a 24-hour convenience store and drive-thru, and a 3,000 sq. ft. standalone restaurant. Potential tenants may include Starbucks, Dino Mart, and a small grocer.

This development capitalizes on the Green Tree Extension, a $46.8 million infrastructure project completed in May 2023, which improved connectivity in Victor Valley with road widening, traffic signals, bike lanes, and a 600-foot bridge over a railway. The shopping center is expected to enhance local commerce and convenience for residents and visitors.
