In our youth, we saw the peaceful orange groves in Orange County and the flower fields and walnut groves of the San Fernando Valley disappear as vast new cities, homes, industry and shopping centers took their place. Our goal was to help people get started in their own land parcel in Southern California.
In 1974, we formed our first company in the Professional Land Corporation Group of Companies, and experienced tremendous growth in just a few years. We purchased Southern California properties and sold them to our customers on easy, affordable terms. This helped many of our purchasers fulfill their dream of land ownership. We are grateful to our loyal customers and employees who have contributed to our success and helped our Companies grow.
