Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers Restaurant Coming to Hesperia
As mentioned in the Victorville Daily Press, January 5, 2021, the city of Hesperia announced that a Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers will be constructed on the southwest corner of Main Street and Escondido Avenue. The new fast-food restaurant, which specializes in chicken meal combos will join Wingstop, Flame Broiler, Jersey Mike’s and Del Taco near the newly constructed Kaiser Permanente Medical Office facility. Hesperia Deputy City Manager Rachel Molina told the Daily Press that the Raising Cane’s is expected to open by late summer 2021, adding that the city recently approved grading plans for the project. Construction plans show a 3,172-square-foot restaurant with a double drive-thru and outdoor patio area. In addition to chicken, the Louisiana-based restaurant serves coleslaw, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, a chicken sandwich and tangy Cane’s sauce, which is made daily. Beverages at the restaurant include lemonade, tea, sweet tea and Coca-Cola products.
