Apple Valley’s Coming Attractions in 2021

As stated in an article in the Victorville Daily Press, January 9, 2021, Apple Valley Town spokesman Orlando Acevedo told the Daily Press that progress on the Town’s End project, a new gym, and the construction of several fuel stations are all slated for 2021. The Market @ Town’s End is expected to welcome a new grill and distillery. The Town’s End Stillhouse & Grill is located on the north side of Highway 18 and is divided by Quinnault Road in the Apple Valley Village. Once open, the in-house distillery will produce bourbon, vodka and whiskey. The sit-down restaurant will serve up meat exclusively from the Harris Ranch in California’s Central Valley. Acevedo said the construction of multiple fuel stations have been approved, including a station at Bear Valley and Deep Creek roads and an AMPM near the corner of Highway 18 and Central Road. The Gym HD is expected to open in Apple Valley. The new 12,000-square-foot gym at the Rancherias Plaza on Highway 18 is scheduled to open during the second quarter of the year, Acevedo said. A new quick-service restaurant is coming to the newly constructed Nico Plaza, located across from the Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley. The Jess Ranch Marketplace will welcome America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, one of the largest and optical retailers in the U.S., according to the company.
