Maverik fuel center under construction along Interstate 15 in Victorville

Based on the Victorville Daily Press’s publication on June 06th, 2024, that a new Maverik travel center and fuel station is being built along Interstate 15 in Victorville, California, near the LaMesa/Nisqualli Overpass. The facility, spanning 5.22 acres, will feature a 9,082-square-foot convenience store, a drive-thru restaurant, and fueling stations for both regular and diesel vehicles, including semi-trucks. There will be six fueling islands for cars and a separate diesel truck canopy. The center will also include a truck scale, RV dump station, and road improvements on Mariposa Road. This site will be Maverik’s third in Southern California. The Utah-based company, founded in 1928, operates over 400 locations across the western U.S., known for its fresh food offerings like burritos, sandwiches, and pizzas. Maverik has a history of community involvement in hunger, education, and outdoor enrichment.
