Victorville Approves New 152-Room Residence Inn by Marriott; Long-Stay Hotel & Suites
According to the Victorville Daily Press, March 20th, 2024, the Victorville Planning Commission approved a 152-room, 5-story Residence Inn by Marriott on March 13, 2024. Located at Bear Valley and Mariposa Roads, the suite-style hotel will feature kitchenettes, workspaces, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a pool, an outdoor patio with cooking facilities, and other amenities like a dining hall, laundry, and a market. The hotel will neighbor the under-construction Avid Hotel and other nearby businesses. This project, along with the recently approved Wyndham Garden hotel, reflects Victorville’s growing hospitality sector, which includes established hotels like the Hampton Inn and Fairfield by Marriott. Groundbreaking details are yet to be announced.
