According to the Victorville Daily Press dated March 17, 2025, the Silverwood Master-Planned Community in Summit Valley, Hesperia, celebrated the opening of 18 model homes. Prices start in the low $400,000s, with single- and two-story layouts offering 3–6 bedrooms, 2–3 car garages, RV/toy parking, sunrooms, and backyard casitas.
Phase 1 includes ~2,100 units, part of a 9,366-acre project planned over 15–20 years, ultimately totaling ~15,600 homes. Residents will enjoy parks, trails, schools, fire and police stations, and commercial spaces, creating a full-scale, multi-generational community.
