Victorville Adds New Extended-Stay Hotel
According to Victor Valley News Group dated April 11, 2025, Victorville has approved a new four-story, 113-room WoodSpring Suites hotel, expanding hospitality options near Interstate 15. Located at Cottonwood and Pahute avenues, the hotel will sit alongside Hilton Garden Inn and Scandia Family Fun Center. The 46,400-square-foot project features kitchenette-equipped rooms with workspaces, plus amenities including a fitness center, guest lounge, outdoor pool, and laundry facilities.
City officials say the development will support tourism and economic growth along the busy I-15 corridor.
