Silverwood developers show off floor plans ahead of grand opening in Hesperia
Per the Victorville Daily Press on November 07th, 2024, Silverwood developers have revealed floor plans for their master-planned community in Hesperia’s Summit Valley, set to open in 2025.
Phase 1 of the project, located south of Ranchero Road, features homes by builders including K. Hovnanian Homes,
Lennar, Richmond American Homes, Watt Capital Developers, and Woodside Homes. These designs include single and two-story models, offering three to six bedrooms and two to three-car garages, with prices starting around $400,000. Special features include RV parking, sunrooms, and backyard casitas.
Key floor plans include:
- Journey Residence One (Lennar): A 1,539 sq. ft. single-story home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept layout.
- Sagebrush Grand Horizon (Watt Capital Developers): A 3,539 sq. ft. two-story home with five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a guest suite, a home office, and multiple living areas.
Phase 1, which began construction in 2021, includes 646 homes and nearly 2,100 dwelling units, marking the start of a nine-phase, 20-year project. At completion, Silverwood will cover 9,366 acres with 15,633 homes, 700,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, parks, trails, schools, and community amenities like libraries and town squares.
