Nearly 200 Apartments Springing Up in Hesperia Via Olive Tree Project

As stated in an article in the Victorville Daily Press, July 2, 2021, construction crews continued their work on the new Olive Tree Apartments community in Hesperia. The first phase of nearly 200 apartments, which resemble homes, sit in a gated community and should be ready for tenants by the beginning of September 2021, property manager Brody Sanchez told the Daily Press. The Olive Tree website highlights the single-story apartments with features that include central air and heating, faux wood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and washer and dryer connections. The Olive Tree project has 124 two-bedroom and 62 three-bedroom units. The two-bedroom units offer 1,106 square feet of space, while those with three bedrooms are 1,275 square feet in area. Each home has an attached two-car garage and a fenced yard. The community also boasts a 2,865-square-foot recreation building, 1,500-square-foot fitness center, two pools and 440-square-foot restroom/cabana building. There’s also a playground, two outdoor recreational areas, a dog run, and a maintenance building.
