The first phase of nearly 200 apartments, which resemble homes, sit in a gated community and should be ready for tenants by the beginning of September 2021, property manager Brody Sanchez told the Daily Press. The Olive Tree project has 124 two-bedroom and 62 three-bedroom units. The two-bedroom units offer 1,106 square feet of space, while those with three bedrooms are 1,275 square feet in area. The community also boasts a 2,865-square-foot recreation building, 1,500-square-foot fitness center, two pools and 440-square-foot restroom/cabana building. There’s also a playground, two outdoor recreational areas, a dog run, and a maintenance building.
