Are Sprouts Farmers Market and Raising Cane’s Coming to Apple Valley?

According to the Victorville Daily Press, January 18, 2023, a Sprouts Farmers Market and Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant could be coming to Apple Valley. A LoopNet map shows 12,060 square feet of available retail space at the proposed shopping center, which includes Sprouts, Raising Cane’s, and two or three additional pads. The site is located on vacant property on the south side of Bear Valley Road, and directly across from El Pollo Loco and Sonic Drive-In in the Apple Valley Town Center. “The proposed development project, including a list of tenants, is still in the early design phase,” Town of Apple Valley spokeswoman Shannon Dunkle told the Daily Press. The retail property is located adjacent and east of a possible second development site, which includes a vacant 1,307-square-foot home built in 1965. Sprouts stores offer The Butcher Shop and Fish Market and the fresh Market Corner Deli where entrees and sides are prepared. Sprouts also sells a variety of vitamins, supplements, bulk foods, dairy and bakery items. They also offer gluten-free options. Raising Cane’s is a Louisiana-based restaurant that serves chicken finger meal combos, chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and tangy Cane’s sauce. Customers can order inside the restaurant, at the drive-thru, or on the company’s mobile app.
