Ranchero Interchange Project Finally Complete

Ranchero Interchange Project Hesperia CaWatching As Hesperia 2.0 Comes To Life

Hesperia 2.0 is well underway as the Ranchero Interchange Project can finally be checked off the to-do-list and the town is preparing to tackle the Tapestry Project. Mayor Eric Schmidt describes these developments as only two pieces of a development puzzle known as Hesperia 2.0. Two years in the making, the completion of the Ranchero Interchange Project is expected to bring growth and expansion to the city of Hesperia.

The Ranchero Interchange Project has been no walk in the park, as shortly after construction began in January of 2013 a spark from a construction worker’s torch in May put a halt on the development. However, recovery from this minor setback only extended the length of the project. Finally complete, the Ranchero Interchange Project gives Hesperia residents access to the I-15 using Ranchero, Caliente, and Mariposa roads.

The Tapestry Project is expected to jumpstart in the near future and will surely keep the city busy for many years to come. The 20+year development project is so intensive and complex that it is expected to transform the area completely. Due to the complexity of this project, serious due diligence is behind all the decision-making regarding the project.

As we enjoy the completion of the Ranchero Interchange Project we can patiently await for Hesperia 2.0 to come to life.
