Victorville Approves “Healthy” FY 2025-26 Budget, Boosting Jobs, Retail, and Infrastructure

According to the Victorville Daily Press on July 22, 2025, Victorville’s 2025–26 budget exceeds reserve targets and funds city services, infrastructure, and economic growth. Key projects include 17 new city positions, $45M in capital improvements (including Mojave Drive reconstruction), and Animal Shelter upgrades. The new City Library is on track for year-end completion with a $9M state grant.

Industrial & Logistics: American Jerky Co. (~239K sq. ft.), SCLA Phantom & Turner (1.1M sq. ft.), Ottawa Business Center (~996K sq. ft.).

Retail & Dining: Raising Cane’s, Pollo Campero, ARCO AM/PM service station, and a new 26K sq. ft.
