According to Livability Sept. 19, 2025, the Victor Valley continues rapid expansion as major industrial, retail, housing, and infrastructure projects reshape Apple Valley, Hesperia, Victorville, and Adelanto—bringing thousands of jobs and significant private investment.

Apple Valley is accelerating growth through its North Apple Valley Industrial Specific Plan, highlighted by a

1.2M-sq-ft Loctek/Lecangs distribution center, major road upgrades, new housing, and incoming retailers like Sprouts, Marshalls, Hobby Lobby, and Five Below.

Hesperia remains a logistics hotspot with the 650K-sq-ft KISS Logistics Center and the 2.5M-sq-ft Hesperia Commerce Center II under construction, together expected to generate more than 1,600 jobs. The city is also fast-tracking the Victor Valley’s first Sam’s Club, targeted for 2026.

Victorville continues to build momentum at Southern California Logistics Airport with large distribution projects, six hotels in progress, new housing communities, and public investments including a new library and police facility. National brands like Walmart, Raising Cane’s, and Dutch Bros are expanding their footprint.

Adelanto is attracting new national brands, with IHOP and McDonald’s confirmed for 2026 as part of broader efforts to grow local revenue and services.

Big Picture: With population up more than 8% since 2020, the Victor Valley is seeing coordinated growth across logistics, retail, housing, and infrastructure—solidifying its role as one of Southern California’s fastest-growing inland regions.
