Developments & Improvements to Western Hesperia
After four years of anticipation, it seems that a new Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store will finally be coming to Victor Valley. Western Hesperia will welcome this new travel hub on the southeast corner of Joshua Street and Outpost Road.
This amazing new addition to Hesperia will be constructed on about 11 acres, providing the 6,756 square foot establishment with the perfect place to call home. This travel hub will also include a mass fueling station for tractor trailers and large vehicles, a repair shop, and a McDonald’s and Subway restaurant.
Mayor Pro Tem Bill Holland admits that this new Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store will bring more business to the area, projecting a half-million in yearly sales tax revenue that simultaneously brings new jobs to the region.
In addition to the new Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store there will be road renovations to improve the area along Joshua Street from Highway 395 to Outpost Road. A traffic signal will also be installed to enhance traffic flow at the intersection of Outpost Road and Joshua Street.
