The city of Hesperia, found within San Bernardino County, is excited to announce a groundbreaking medical facility development project that is well underway. This revolutionary project will lie on five acres near Old Town Hesperia. Once this project is complete, the entire city of Hesperia, particularly the east of the city, will experience economic benefits.
The project involves developing a 39,000 square foot medical facility where there will be a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, an outpatient dialysis center, and a 52-unit independent living facility. The development is projected to bring nearly 500 full time jobs to the town, in addition to some part time jobs.
This project is partially funded by the EB-5, which provides foreign citizens with the chance to obtain green cards. The EB-5 program offers foreign citizens the opportunity to get a green card in exchange for investing at least $500,000 per family, in projects that create jobs in the United States.
The Mayor commented saying that this groundbreaking medical facility project will not only benefit the individuals who get to utilize the services provided at the medical facility, but those receiving jobs and the overall Hesperia economy as a whole.
