This will all take place next to the Apple Valley Airport. Each parcel will lie on 47.8 and 106.4 acres.

Commissioner Jason Lamoreaux also commented on the town Planning Commission’s decision to refine sections in the Development Code that deal with digital advertising displays and temporary political signs.
