New Kaiser Permanente Facility Closer to Construction in Hesperia

As mentioned in the Victorville Daily Press, March 20, 2019, Kaiser Permanente officials were on hand as the Development Review Committee approved plans for the health network’s new three story medical facility along Escondido Avenue in Hesperia. City of Hesperia spokeswoman Rachel Molina told the Daily Press that groundbreaking for the Kaiser facility is expected sometime this year. City of Hesperia Senior Planner Ryan Leonard submitted architectural and landscape plans to the Daily Press that included details of the project, with construction on about half the 10-acre property. A new public street will be constructed between the Kaiser property to the south and IHOP to the north. The new roadway will connect Escondido and Mountain Vista avenues, and the entrance to the new street off Escondido will be located across from the entrance to Walmart.
